Are these straps compatible with all Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy models?
Yes — our connectors are fitted to every current Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy size. You pick your exact case size in the designer so the fit is right.
How do I measure my wrist size?
Wrap a soft tape around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Add 1–1.5 cm for comfort, then tell us the number at checkout and we’ll string your strap to fit.
How is the strap fitted to my wrist?
We string every strap to your measured wrist, so it sits comfortably without extra links. Choose your wrist size at checkout by strap hole or in centimetres.

How durable are the handcrafted stones?
We use high-quality natural stones sealed for long-lasting wear while keeping their artisanal beauty. Every strap carries a 12-month guarantee.
What are the straps made of?
Natural semi-precious stones, hand-strung on a durable stretch core. Hand-cast connectors in a hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant finish.
Who makes ARMADORN straps?

Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Beyond the designer, we take fully bespoke commissions — message us and we’ll work from your idea.
Care & guarantee
How do I care for my stones?
Keep stones away from perfume, water and lotions. Wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth. Store flat in the pouch provided, away from direct sun.
What does the guarantee cover?
Every strap carries a 12-month guarantee against loose stones or connector faults under normal wear. Reach out and we’ll make it right.
Can my strap be repaired or restrung later?
Re-stringing, connector changes and stone replacement are available for life at a small handling fee. Send a photo and we’ll quote the repair.
How do I check that my piece is genuine?
Scan the QR on your guarantee card, or enter the code printed on it to confirm authenticity and manage repairs and returns.
Orders, shipping & returns
What is the shipping time?
Egypt: 3–5 days, free. United Arab Emirates: 7 days, free. Saudi Arabia: 7 days, SAR 49. Custom commissions may take longer, and we’ll tell you upfront.
What is your return policy?
Unworn straps can be returned within 14 days in their original pouch. Made-to-order pieces are eligible if the fault is ours.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty.
